SpanBox is an industry-leading flame ionization detector calibration system that automates time-consuming calibration processes and optimizes your LDAR program overall. The SpanBox Lit 510 calibration system is the smaller alternative to the standard SpanBox5. Similar to the SpanBox5, the SpanBox Lite 510 removes the manual recording of calibration records and gas application during calibration confirmation and drift assessments. SMALL LDAR PROGRAMS
SpanBox Lite 510 calibrates one (1) phx42/phx21 – this allows small LDAR programs to have all the benefits of automatic LDAR calibration while keeping costs down.
No need to fumble with bags and stopwatches, technicians simply connect to a SpanBox Lite 510 and calibrate using SpanBox Lite 510 for gas delivery.
All calibration data is stored on the handheld, which is downloaded to LTI Desktop. Once downloaded you can easily export an .Excel and/or PDF report. This capability becomes extremely handy if you are asked to show reports during an audit.

STORAGE AND USE CONDITIONS
Overnight equipment storage and calibration must be done indoors at or near room ambient conditions(15-25C) with a maximum humidity of 85%.
