We are pulling this from the Ref HER in Interval 2. Since that’s the ONLY PPM that we have for the Period, then we use that HER for the Initial and Final for Interval 1 and Interval 2. See Ref HER for the calculation.

This means that an AVO was identified and then monitored within 15 days. In this case, we use the actual PPM for the M21Event rather than the default PPM that is specified in the EmsCalc Model for an AVO. See Tag 27 for what happens when you have a default PPM for an AVO WITHOUT a M21 event within 15 days.

Refinery Correlation Equation Valve in LL is = (200^.746) x 2.29E-06. Since we only have a single PPM, all of the HERs are the same. The iHERs are easy to average.
