Warren Pilkerton
Before becoming an LDARtools phx21 Technician, he was driving an excavator as a temp for a demolition company. “I want to work with my hands and was looking for something that required more skills—something that’s more of a challenge,” says Warren.
To Warren, building and perfecting a phx21 is one of the most difficult technical tasks he’s done. Guidance and mentoring can only go so far, but the resolve to improve on your work is essential.

Philip Trevino
It’s no surprise that Philip would fit right in here at the LDAR Think Tank where we endeavor to innovate the many processes of the LDAR industry. His PhD in Computer Science has given him the vantage point to resolve the issues that concern the LDAR industry at large.
