Meet The LDARtools Team
Rex Moses
Rex Moses has served as the President and CEO of LDARtools since 2011. Prior to his current role, Rex served as the President and CEO of Environmental Analytics for 16 years.
Rex was born in Port of Spain, Trinidad, British West Indies. When he is not busy with his LDARtools family, his primary pastime is chasing around and enjoying the exploits of his and Valerie’s six children and eight grandchildren (including hunting, renovating his sail boat, fussing over Trixie (the free horse), attending concerts and Mass.)
Jeremy Bolinger
Jeremy has been with LDARtools since 2007 and has many years of experience in the LDAR field.
Jeremy attended Purdue University in West Lafayette, Indiana. There he received a Bachelor of Science degree.
Jeremy was born in ‘Merica – specifically Michigan City, Indiana. When he isn’t busy designing, improving, or creating a new product at LDARtools, he enjoys outdoor activities, shooting sports, woodworking, and metal working.
Kim Richardson
Kim has managed accounting for LDARtools since 2011, and has been involved in the LDAR industry since 1996 with experience in IT, web design, and application design.
Kim received an Associate Degree in his hometown, Corpus Christi, TX from Del Mar College.
In his free time, Kim enjoys spending time with his wife, Nicola, their six children, and ten grandchildren.
Kevin Bramlett Moses
Kevin Moses started as a monitoring Technician with Environmental Analytics in 2003 at the Dow site in Texas City, where he was eventually promoted to the position of Manager of Advanced Maintenance.
In his free time he began studying the theory of Flame Ionization Detectors and, along with Jeremy Bollinger, began to imagine what an FID engineered specifically for Method 21 monitoring would look like.
Martin Moses
Martin has been with LDARtools since May 2007 with many years of experience in the LDAR industry. He also works for the City of Galveston, TX as a fire fighter.
Martin was born in Austin, TX, and when he is not busy juggling time between LDARtools and the Galveston Fire Department, he enjoys hunting, wood working, and collecting guns.
Amy Hallett
Amy has been with LDARtools since May 2011.
Before working for LDARtools, she worked for Environmental Analytics for six years. Amy has been in the accounting field since the last century, receiving a Bachelor’s in Finance from the University of Houston.
Amy was born in Shreveport, Louisiana. When Amy is not busy crunching number for LDARtools, she enjoys traveling.
Maureen Munguia
Maureen Munguia joined LDARtools in 2014 after previously working for Environmental Analytics from 2001 - 2011 as a Knowledge Coordinator and Special Projects Coordinator.
She is responsible for coordinating the manufacture, repair, support, and distribution of the phx42 in a way which complies with our Quality Management System (QMS).
In her spare time, she spends time with her husband and three sons. She enjoys volunteering as room mom, helping with cub scouts, and reading.
Zizhe Chen
Chen joined LDARtools in 2022 as a Software Training Associate with a degree in Marine Transportation Operations from Maine Maritime Academy and experience working onboard petroleum tankers.
Before moving to Texas, he worked as a maintenance technician at a recyclable sorting facility in Massachusetts.
In his free time he enjoys cooking, playing PC games, and hanging out with friends. He loves country and bluegrass music, plays harmonica, and is currently learning guitar.
Glen Tadych
Prior to joining LDARtools in 2021, Glen received a degree in journalism from Texas State University in 2014, while writing and editing for The University Star, after which he spent six years as a digital projection technician and presentation quality manager for Cinemark.
As the Document Manager for LDARtools, Glen assists with formatting documents, maintaining records and published procedures, developing training materials, and managing the LDARtools Knowledge Base.
He enjoys his spare time with his wife and family, watching movies, listening to music, and reading.
Anthony Scarborough
Since joining LDARtools in January 2020, Anthony has distinguished himself in every way possible.
Using his degree in Instrumentation, he has made significant contributions to our quality control system and played a key role in supporting and encouraging everyone associated with our phx42 production and repair process.
During his free time, Anthony enjoys hanging out with family and friends, the aquarium hobby, fishing and hunting.
David Munguia
David plays keyboards for various bands all over the Houston area: the Kemah boardwalk, Pleasure Pier and anywhere else their gigs takes him. Classic Rock and Top 40 covers are part of their repertoire, but he was trained as a classic pianist.
Kilian Regan
Kilian brought with him an analytical and science-based background coupled with on-site industrial experience in an ExxonMobil refinery. His experience building and troubleshooting phx21s will help when testing our software as both products work hand-in-hand.
When he isn’t working, Kilian fishes, plays extreme sports and enjoys traveling. His greatest adventure so far: diving the Great Barrier Reef.
Philip Trevino
It’s no surprise that Philip would fit right in here at the LDAR Think Tank where we endeavor to innovate the many processes of the LDAR industry. His PhD in Computer Science has given him the vantage point to resolve the issues that concern the LDAR industry at large.
Philip’s work with the Software Development team involves improving the SpanBox and its newest iteration. “It’s a fun challenge. I like solving problems,” he says.
Nick Gable
Nick Gable has written software for companies such as Lockheed Martin and Halliburton.
Right now, he’s doing some training to work on improving our current products and developing our future projects. “I’m looking forward to solving interesting issues and creating cool stuff that’s sure to help our customers do their jobs better,” says Nick.
During the weekends, he goes to the beach with his family or hikes the nearby trails.
Amber McDaniel
Amber McDaniel makes sure that our billing is done correctly and submitted for payment in a timely fashion. Before she joined LDARtools, she was a Veterinary Technician and became a full-time mother when her first child was born.
"When I needed to go back to work, LDARtools was right in my path," she says.
Her greatest adventure so far was driving the ALCAN up to Seward, Alaska. In her free time, she enjoys learning new things and spending time with her family.
Scott Mortimer
Scott Mortimer joined LDARtools in 2017. He move to Texas in ’96 from FL. He is now one of those who consider themselves a Texan.
He loves sailing, and he and his wife Erin are avid SCUBA Divers. Their hobby has taken them around the Caribbean to many exotic locations. Their last excursion was in the FL Keys, where he says he would like to retire and rekindle the easy Florida life style.
Scott was a Master Electrician and his career has always been Customer Service centric. He appreciates the teaching and solving issues.
Devin Moody
Devin joined our merry band in August 2021. While his last job was at the Houston Zoo, he holds an A.S in Mathematics while currently enrolled at UHCL for a B.S in Physics.
Previously he has worked as a Merchandise Ops Leader (MOL) for Petco and for Mueller as a Property Inspector.
When the work is done, he enjoys building and repairing computers, as well as gaming.
Sarah Nisbet
Sarah Nisbet is a document magician working remotely from Denver, Colorado, working on our internal support infrastructure as we continue to find better ways to give the very best service to all our customers.
She is also a solo super mom and former kindergarten teacher, and is currently involved at her daughter’s school serving as the Vice President on the Board of Directors at Ben Franklin Academy.
When asked what she does on the weekends, she says “I enjoy hiking and biking with my girls in beautiful Colorado!”
Chris Gonzales
Christ follower. Husband and father of four.
Chris brings with him over 12 years of experience and a degree in computer science. “I have been working in Houston as a consultant with clients such as Chevron and Shell, customizing trade software,” says Chris.
Chris hopes to use his passion for software and system architecture and wealth of programming knowledge to make Chateau the premier LDAR software platform.
Outside of work, Chris likes spending time with his family, hiking, kayaking, going to the gym, and developing mobile and web apps the side primarily for his kids. He has published apps for a Christian radio station for Windows and Amazon Alexa.
Sujana Shrestha
Sujana has been with LDARtools since January 2018. Before joining our team, she worked for Chevron for 7 years.
She enjoys working at LDARtools, where she finds everyone very friendly and supportive.
Sujana was born in Nepal, and during her free time, she enjoys hanging out and traveling with her family and friends.
Austin Regan
Formerly a legal assistant for a law firm in Abilene, TX, Austin was looking for something different and found it at LDARtools.
Now, Austin ensures the features and fixes the developers concoct are what the customer wants and needs, and that they work as intended.
On the weekends, Austin enjoys spending time with his wife and kids.
Lewis Wooler
Lewis joined the LDARTools team as a Junior Developer in September 2022. He holds a B.S in Computer Engineering from Texas A&M. Prior to LDARTools he worked as a Junior Software Engineer at Larsen & Toubro Infotech.
Lewis hopes to use his background and thirst for knowledge to continuously improve the products at LDARTools. He approaches each problem like a puzzle and tries to find the optimal solution. "Each day is an opportunity to learn something new," says Lewis.
Outside of work he enjoys hanging out with his wife and friends, traveling, and tinkering with his 3D printer.
Ellie Bajwa
Since July 4, 2021, Ellie has served as a special assistant to the CEO of LDARtools, providing insights, feedback and suggestions about various aspects of the cultural development of our company.
She works, primarily, from her family‘s home in Austin, Texas, but makes periodic visits to our corporate office in Dickinson, Texas.
Ellie attends 2nd grade at St. Andrew’s School, focusing on Girl Scouts and Dance.
She is available to provide suggestions and encouragement to our Chief Executive Officer, Rex Moses.
Tori Duran
Tori joined LDARtools in January 2023.
She has a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education from the University of Washington, having worked as a childcare provider for more than 10 years.
Her hobbies include spending time with family and friends, hiking, and gardening.
Nathan Duran
Nathan joined LDARtools in October 2023 to expand his knowledge while contributing to the Chateau suite. He graduated from the University of Houston Clear Lake with a B.S. in Computer Information Systems shortly after joining our team.
Nathan believes lifelong learning is the key to success, and strives to employ that principle at LDARtools by consistently taking on new challenges and providing unique solutions.
When not spending time with family and friends, Nathan enjoys working on various software projects, primarily relating to game development, automation tools, and cutting-edge technologies. He also likes playing competitive video games and traveling.
Corinne Johnson
Corinne joined the LDARtools team in June 2024. Having worked in LDAR since 2012, she started as a monitoring tech at Dow Freeport in Texas on the DTM crew, switching to the database side of LDAR in 2017, providing tech support, training, custom reporting, and SQL development for Inspection Logic.
Prior to her work in LDAR, Corinne served 6 years in the Navy as a Cryptologic Technician, completing a tour overseas.
She currently lives in Elk City, Oklahoma with her husband and two Pitbull mixes, and when she isn’t eating, sleeping, and breathing LDAR, she enjoys reading, traveling, and completing puzzles.
