Helicopter Tours

Employees of LDARtools will enjoy their altitude adventure the DAY BEFORE the Festival. This is Rex’s way of making sure the folks on the LTI Design Team and our Customers get the full enjoyment of the chopper on Friday. Good idea!

Reserve your place in line with an enhanced Flight Pass.

Flights will be assigned in the following order:

The Chateau Database can be ordered and delivered on the SAME day.

We are proud to announce that we just delivered the tenth Chateau Database.

One of the valuable characteristics of Chateau’s OPTIONAL Cloud-based model is that setting up the database and making it operational can be done, literally, in a matter of minutes.

A particular customer, who is already managing other Chateau Databases, will be using Chateau to manage their inspection program this Monday morning. This customer has concluded that Chateau is the best way to oversee and handle their customer’s needs.LOGOf

Of course, we are gratified by the early success we have had. But we are even more excited about where the future will take us!

Time is flying by!

The LDARtools Fall Festival will be here in no time. Make sure you have November 10, 2017, saved.

LDARtools is excited to announce that we will have helicopter rides again this year. We will also have great food, fun games, shooting competition, and raffle giveaways.

Come and be a part of all the fun!

The phx42 has passed the certification drop test without missing a note. With numerous drops on concrete and extensive testing, the phx42 is 10x more durable than the phx21. LDARtools’s Director of Operations, Kevin Moses, explained in one of the tests, “the machine was cooled to -28c and then dropped. Not only was the external scrubber undamaged, the external H2 cylinder and fill port didn’t suffer or scratch.”

Take a look at the video below. This is one tough machine.

Last Friday night the LDARtools family and friends enjoyed an exciting night with the Astros.

The game was neck and neck until the Astros made a home run in the seventh inning where they pulled ahead for the win! The whole stadium went wild! The innings that followed was an intense display of keeping the lead and preventing the Angels from scoring on their own.

After the game, the fireworks display was a wonderful way to cap a great game and a winning season.

Thank you for joining us!

Luis Spotlight

LDARtools welcomes our new Superintendent, Luis Marquina!

Before joining the LDAR Think Tank, Luis was a locomotive technician, troubleshooting engines and generators. Now, he’s making sure the LDARtools office is in tip-top shape and everything is working at an optimal level. “So far, I enjoy the people I work with,” says Luis. “It’s a really good place to work.”

His goal right now is to move up and eventually work on making the LDAR industry better. While he’s doing that, he’ll be taking classes in the Fall to open options in the future.

When asked what he’s doing outside work, he says “I usually come and spend time with Trixie and ride in the pasture. I also enjoy riding 4-wheelers with friends.” His current project is setting up a model train set at home.

There has been some confusion on when it is appropriate to order extra parts and when to report issues to the LDARtools Support Team.

Per the Level 1 Tech Pledge that we review in our training each quarter it says, “I will report an issue before doing any repair or replacement inside a phx21 case except when I adjust the LPH2 less than 2 times per week.”

We also encourage each site to maintain a minimum “Keep On Site Kit” to reduce unnecessary downtime due to equipment maintenance.

The image below will help provide clarity.
