c2 (Bluetooth Device for TVA1000b) Being Discontinued. Supplies are limited.

• The TVA1000b has been discontinued for several years. As such, there is no ready application for the c2.
• We have placed our last order. 
• We will continue to honor our current 1-year warranty on all new units purchased.
• Effective January 1, 2019, we will no longer offer the repair and replace option. The price for a new unit will be raised to $2,500.

Repair Services Ending for the Original Archer Field PC (Archer 1)

• Effective January 1, 2019, Juniper Systems will no longer be offering repair services on the original Archer Field PC.
• All Archers needing repairs must be sent in prior to this date. 
• You may upgrade to the Archer 2 or Mesa 2 Rugged Tablet, by contacting sales@ldartools.com.

Repair Services Ending for SpanBox3 with embedded Archer 1

• Beginning January 1, 2019, LDARtools will no longer be able to guarantee a repair of your Spanbox3 if it has an embedded Archer 1. We WILL be able to continue repairs on the units as long as the Archer is not the malfunctioning part.
• Limited parts are available for SpanBox3 with a flat screen.
• You may upgrade to a SpanBox5x series, by contacting sales@ldartools.com.
