Leak Reports Now Enhanced with Visuals

Regulators are increasingly looking for “visual proof” of a leak’s location to ensure the correct component was tagged and repaired.

Our new “images added to Leak Reports” feature in Chateau enables field technicians to capture and attach visual evidence (site photos) directly to leak records within the database.

This enhancement improves compliance by providing definitive proof of leak locations and successful repairs as the industry shifts towards digital documentation to avoid readings being recorded without a technician being at the component.
