787 phx42s and NONE in our Repair Lab

On August 30 we had another Zero phx FID Day in our lab! (Actually, we had one phx42 but since it was going to be an extended repair, we had provided a free loaner to the customer – so we smile and consider that a victory.)

Normally, we would have a Brownie Celebration. This would be our 14th Brownie Celebration.

About 1200 phx21s and 787 phx42s are in service and NONE in our repair lab. THAT is success.

But since we just had a Celebration to celebrate our ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 certification success we have decided to do something different.

Rather than send brownies, we are going to send $42 gift cards to the Level One Certified techs at designated sites for our Domestic users. The Level One Techs can use that to buy cookies or pizza or whatever they want to for the other Techs at their sites. Or they can take their sweetheart out for dinner. That’s up to them.

Over the next couple of weeks, we will be reaching out to all the Level One Techs to arrange to send the e-cards to you. We realize that some of you may not be able to receive these gifts- due to your employer’s or client’s rules about gifts or such. If that is the case, we will make a contribution to a Hurricane Ida relief fund on your behalf.
