One Way The Ideal Way
Step 1 Software issue occurs. Software issue occurs.
Step 2 You call LDARtools support. You go to LDARtools.com and report the issue by filling out the form completely.
Step 3 Your support contact will gather more information about the issue. Your issue is assigned to a support team member.
Step 4 Your issue is assigned to a support member. Based on your web report we will try to replicate the issue.
Step 5 Since it’s a different person handling your case, they’ll try to gather as much information as possible to replicate the issue.

This creates a lot of back and forth.

The team member will pass on their findings to the software developers.

They will then issue a fix.

Step 6 The support team member will try to replicate the issue. The issue is fixed!
Step 7 The team member will pass on their findings to the software developers.

They will then issue a fix.

Step 8 The issue is fixed!

Completing the Report Issue form will enable us to get straight to the solution.

To maximize the benefit, keep these things in mind while filling out the form:

In the Issue Details field:

  • What were you trying to do when the problem occurred? Be specific!
  • What happened? Did an error message pop up? Is any data missing or different?
  • What other factors that may have contributed to the issue? What other things were going on that may have contributed to the issue?

In the Steps to Reproduce the Error field:

  • How did it happen? What were you doing when the issue appeared? We’ll try to retrace your steps to resolve the issue.
